וְעִמָּהֶם֩ הֵימָ֨ן וִֽידוּת֜וּן חֲצֹצְר֤וֹת וּמְצִלְתַּ֙יִם֙ לְמַשְׁמִיעִ֔ים וּכְלֵ֖י שִׁ֣יר הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים וּבְנֵ֥י יְדוּת֖וּן לַשָּֽׁעַר׃
a wraz z nimi Heman i Jeduthun, aby zabrzmieć głośno na trąbkach i talerzach, a także na instrumentach do pieśni Bożych; i synowie Jeduthuna, którzy będą przy bramie.
Rashi on I Chronicles
were [appointed] over the gate like “for gate sentries”; and in the fortieth year of the kingdom of the house of David, they made them the heads of the singers, as it is written (below 25:3): “Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun, etc., six alongside, etc., who prophesied by the thanksgiving and praise to the Lord.”
